Couple's Retreat occupies the lower level of the home and has its own private entrance and exclusive living spaces. The homeowners permanently reside upstairs.
Your private bathroom and separate toilet are exclusively for your use and are accessed via a shared internal hallway immediately outside the apartment entrance. Laundry facilities are shared with the homeowners and are located in the garage.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the self-contained lower-level apartment, including the living areas, kitchen, bedroom and private outdoor seating area.
Your private bathroom is accessed via the shared internal hallway, and the laundry is shared with the homeowners. Off-street parking is provided for one vehicle.
